Using Mega AI Hub

These terms apply to your use of Mega AI Hub, including the catalog, downloads, member features, and discussions. Use the service lawfully and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect someone has accessed your account. We may limit or suspend access for violations, security risks, or activity that disrupts the service.

Scraping and automated access

You may browse and search the site and use its provided downloads for individual resources. Scraping, crawling for data collection, harvesting, bulk downloading, and mirroring the site or catalog are prohibited without our express written permission. The rule covers page content, metadata, search results, files, and the requests the website makes to load them. You may not use scripts, bots, headless browsers, or similar tools to carry out prohibited collection.

Do not bypass rate limits, access controls, or other restrictions, including by rotating accounts or network addresses, sharing access keys, or switching endpoints. Ordinary search-engine indexing for discovery is permitted only where our robots.txt permits it and the crawler respects our access controls. That permission is limited to search indexing.

If we provide an API for approved use, permission will apply only to the documented endpoints, scopes, rate limits, and quotas. It will allow limited lookup of resources such as individual skills. Bulk export or reconstruction of the catalog requires separate written permission. Contact support@megaaihub.com to discuss access.

Resource licenses and external services

Resources may be provided by Mega AI Hub, contributors, or third-party publishers. The license and terms applicable to each resource govern how you can use it. An index listing does not grant rights to third-party content. These access rules do not take away rights granted by an applicable resource license or by law. External services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Contributions and discussion posts

Share material only if you have the rights to do so. You keep the rights you hold in your contributions and posts. By submitting material, you give Mega AI Hub permission to store, review, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the feature you used. A catalog contribution is distributed under its stated license if approved. We may reject submissions or remove content that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Copyright reports

Send copyright reports to dmca@megaaihub.com. Include the work you own or represent, the exact Mega AI Hub URL and enough detail to locate the material, your contact information, and your physical or electronic signature.

For a DMCA notice, also include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized and a statement that your information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner. See the U.S. Copyright Office’s notice and takedown guidance.

Availability and responsibility

We provide the site and its listings as available. Resource descriptions, compatibility, availability, and license details can change. Review the original source before using a resource. To the extent permitted by law, Mega AI Hub disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to limit.
